Getting Started
Complete these 3 steps to activate your dashboard and remove the "Critical Risk" alerts.
Step 1 Configure Company Profile
Your profile settings determine how your invoices look and which compliance rules apply to you (e.g., Dubai vs. Free Zone rules).
- Log in and go to Settings in the sidebar.
- Scroll to the Company Identity section.
- Upload your Company Logo (This will appear on your PDF Invoices).
- Select your Emirate (e.g., Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah).
- Click Save Changes.
Critical Activate Compliance Shield
CertusFile monitors your legal status 24/7. To do this, you must input your expiry dates.
Avoid the AED 100,000 Fine:
You must enter your UBO Declaration Date. If you have not declared your Ultimate Beneficiary Owner to the government, our system will show a Critical Alert.
- Go to Settings > Compliance Dates.
- Enter your Trade License Expiry Date.
- Enter your UBO Declaration Date.
Result: The red warning banner on your Dashboard will disappear if your dates are valid.
Step 3 Add Banking Details
Ensure your customers pay into the correct account. These details will be printed on every invoice you generate.
- Go to Settings > Bank Details.
- Enter your Bank Name.
- Enter your IBAN and Swift Code.
- Click Save.
You are now ready to create your first Invoice!
