Manage your subscription, view payment history, and update your billing details.

Subscription Upgrading to Pro Plan

Once your free trial ends, you will need to upgrade to the Pro Plan (AED 29/month) to continue generating SIF files and filing taxes.

How to upgrade:

  1. Log in to your Dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings > Billing & Plan.
  3. Click the "Upgrade to Pro" button.
  4. Enter your payment details securely via our payment gateway.
  5. Once successful, your "Active" status is renewed immediately.

History Downloading Previous Invoices

You can download Tax Invoices for your CertusFile subscription payments for your own accounting records.

  • Navigate to Settings > Billing & Plan.
  • Scroll down to the "Payment History" table.
  • Click the Download PDF icon next to the relevant date.

Note: CertusFile invoices include 5% VAT.


Account Canceling your Subscription

We are sorry to see you go. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in contracts.

To cancel:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing & Plan.
  2. Click the red "Cancel Subscription" link at the bottom of the page.
  3. Confirm your choice.

Data Retention: Your data (employee records, documents) will be retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you decide to reactivate. After 90 days, it is permanently deleted for security.
